What's the story behind the Christ Episcopal Church in Poughkeepsie?

According to sources, the church is haunted by the spirit of a former reverend named Peter Cummings who passed away during the 1940's. This is just the start of it...parishioners have also allegedly seen shadow figures and....a woman who appears during church services. People have reportedly heard some strange laughter as well. Yikes.

WARNING: GRAPHIC...

Other people in the church have also reportedly seen a man's decapitated head floating around the church. I'm not sure what else to say about that one other than that I hope people were just daydreaming.
