Spring in the Hudson Valley has brought us the return of our favorite outdoor activities, events and festivals. Along with these gatherings are also the start of food truck season in our area.

There's been an increase of food trucks in the Hudson Valley at local sites.

They allow residents and visitors to support local business, enjoy fresh food which is usually prepared daily and select unique options that are available.

This fan favorite restaurant has been a staple within the Hudson Valley since the 1950's. This family run business still takes pride in serving "authentic German cuisine".

They use specialty ingredients along with local harvests and have vegan specials as well. This Ulster County, NY business added a new feature last season that they brought back in 2024.

The Hudson Valley can welcome Mountain Brauhaus Restaurant's food truck back for a second season.

Mountain Brauhaus Restaurant's Food Truck Is Now Open For The Season

Mountain Brauhaus Restaurant made an announcement on social media about their food truck season. They shared that their food truck is back and will be located in their backyard on site.

Their hours of operation are Saturday and Sunday from 12pm until 8pm, weather permitting.

Mountain Brauhaus Restaurant recommends calling them to verify if their food truck is open on days where the weather is questionable.

We’ll be stationed near the backyard every Saturday & Sunday 12-8pm, weather permitting.

What Can Guests Expect When Visiting Mountain Brauhaus Restaurant In Gardiner, NY?

Mountain Brauhaus is an iconic spot within the Hudson Valley, it's something that everyone knows about.

They have seasonal menu options, gluten sensitive options, draft beers, wine specials and cocktails. They offer lunch and dinner options throughout the day.

Appetizers, salads, dinners, burgers, sandwiches, kids menu and more are available at Mountain Brauhaus. Mountain Brauhaus takes pride in using organic and local produce. Their produce comes from farms within the area.

What Are Mountain Brauhaus Hours Of Operation?

Mountain Brauhaus also shared that they are open for indoor and outdoor dining options. They recommend making reservations for seating dining which can be done up to two weeks in advance.

Their updated business hours at Mountain Brauhaus are Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12pm until 8pm.

On Sunday, they're open from 12pm until 7:30 pm.

I have always enjoyed stopping by my favorite local ice cream shops and choosing a new flavor. Whether it's a hot fudge sundae, chocolate peanut butter ice cream in a cone, or an ice cream sandwich, count me in.

The Hudson Valley has strange ice cream flavors. From lemon poppyseed to thai iced tea and barn boots, there aren't any boring flavors in our area.

A 'Premiere' Hudson Valley treat shop was expanding their space during the winter months to prepare for a busy summer season.

Thankfully, we have a large selection of local ice cream shops to visit in the Hudson Valley.
