What is the Kingston Library's October challenge?

The library, which is located at 55 Franklin Street in Kingston NY 12401, is challenging their guests to recreate a fancy dress, with the theme of sustainability and up-cycling. The goal is for you to make a fancy dress with items that you already own or with ones that were purchased at a thrift store. What's the categories?

What age groups can compete in the Kingston Library Fancy Dress Contest?

There will be five winners, one in each of the following categories, Children under 5, kids 5-12 years of age, teens 13-18, adults 19 and older, plus there will also be a pet category.  How can you submit your fabulous creations? You will need to email a photo of your fancy upcycled dress to reference@kingstonlibrary.org. The photos must be received by October 27, 2023 at 10 am. Each person can only enter one time per category. Then the winner will be selected via online voting. Good luck! I can't wait to see all of the entries.
