The Walkway Over The Hudson State Historic park updated their hours for the spring season. On social media, they informed the community that since we are experiencing warmer weather along with the days being longer, they have also extended park hours.

Guests can now visit the Walkway Over The Hudson State Historic Park from 7am until 7:30pm until April 23, 2025.

I love this time of year, we get to spend more time outside while watching trees blossom, experience warmer days and more.

Walkway Over The Hudson State Historic Park Brings Back Convenient Service

In addition to extending their hours, the Walkway Over The Hudson State Historic Park has also brought back a service for this year as well.

Guests can visit this Poughkeepsie, NY park and enjoy their convenient feature once again.

On March 26, 2025, the Walkway Over The Hudson State Historic Park shared the exciting news on their social media platform about the return of their tram service.

As of April 5, 2025, guests are able to use this feature on site. This tram can hold up to 11 passengers and operates Wednesday through Sunday from 10am until 3:30pm. Guests don't have to book reservations for the tram service. All ages can enjoy the views of this historic park with additional help from this service.

Spending time outdoors in the Hudson Valley is one of my favorite things, I also enjoy exploring different attractions and new experiences.

I took part in the Hudson River Cruises Sunset Cruise out of Ulster County, NY. Being on the Hudson River, seeing historical sites and soaking in the fresh, summer air was uplifting.

This is the only way that history buffs, nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts can experience these 5 sites along the Hudson River.
