What business should come to Wappingers Falls?

I recently went to Longobardi's Restaurant in Wappingers and it was one of the best dinners I've had in a while. I've never knew about the place before, but it was really fun to try out a new restaurant and see what other businesses are close to it. I noticed something interesting as I was leaving... and it made me very curious about Hudson Valley businesses.

A little backstory, Longobardi's Restaurant is located off of Route 9 in Wappingers and it's located in the Imperial Shopping Center. On the right-hand side of the building there's an empty that is open and available for a business to lease. The plaza is pretty big and there's a lot of traffic that goes through it, plus you're right off of Route 9 so there's always a lot going on in that area.

Soo.....
