What Kind of Allergy Season Can The Hudson Valley Expect?

We have been really fortunate to have a pretty mild winter that seems to be just flying by.

(I hope I didn't just jinx us)

With Springtime quickly approaching as much as it pains me to say this, it can bring a lot of allergy suffering to people around here. According to AccuWeather, the east- coast should expect a long and tough allergy season. UGH!

They are predicting that we will have a rainy spring and when that happens it creates the perfect environment for pollen and other allergens to grow. Most of the country and us included are also expected to have above-average pollen levels.
