This is your reminder to stop and take a deep breath. We can get caught up in the day to day activities, our routine and to-do list that we often forget to sit still.

I include self care routines everyday and treat myself to self care experiences often too.

Reiki sessions, red light therapy sessions, massages and facials are just some of the many ways that I give back to myself. The more that we're able to take care and provide for ourselves on different levels, we can be there for others and help them.

It's time to slow down and take a much needed deep breath at this new business in the Hudson Valley.
