Empty Wappingers Falls Space Needs to be Filled, but With What?

What does this Hudson Valley area really need?

Sometimes some of the best ideas for articles come from waiting in line for a cup of coffee. See, good things come out of frustrating situations They other day there was a very long line at the usual spot I go to and I was just looking around while waiting and noticed the plaza across the way. It's a beautiful spot, but it's empty. I'm always shocked that there are empty spaces on Route 9 because of how busy of an area it is and the volume of traffic that goes by.

That leads me to the question...what should come to this empty space on Route 9 in Wappingers Falls?

Come on, some business should be thriving there right now. The empty space is located in a beautiful building right below the Fred Astaire Dance Studio in Wappingers Falls. Next time you drive by you can brainstorm and think about what you'd like to see here.

I know, I know...a lot of people have ideas, but what is a DIFFERENT business that could go here? Key word here is different, not something we already have....

Maybe something the Hudson Valley is missing?

Some of those businesses are very popular in other parts of the country so it would be nice to see them here. Also, we need a Friendly's again I have been craving one of their Blizzards forever...
