What Helpful Information Has Ulster County, NY Provided For Us?
The City of Kingston’s social media platforms are always keeping us updated. As of November 2025, they shared that the TR Gallo Par Electrical Restoration project has started. 94.3 Lite FM has additional information about this project in Kingston’s popular business area.
The City of Kingston has also shared information that we can share with everyone this winter. While some are dreaming of a white Christmas, others are hoping that we have a mild winter in New York state! I’m always in a summer state of mind and thrive with warm, sunny days.
Here's How Ulster County, NY Residents Can Stay Extra Warm This Winter
The City of Kingston explained that The Kingston Warming Center is now open. This is located at 2nda Iglesia La Mision Church on Elmendorf Street in Kingston. It’s currently available from 7pm until 9am until Sunday, November 30, 2025.
The City of Kingston also mentioned that starting next month, The Kingston Warming Center will have longer hours. On Monday, December 1, 2025, this warming center will be open 24/7 until March 31, 2026.

Where Are There Additional Warming Centers In The Hudson Valley?
Along with a location in Kingston, there are additional warming centers throughout the Hudson Valley. The Newburgh Warming Station is located at The Newburgh Ministry on Bridge Street in Newburgh, NY.
The Orange County Government explained that this location is open year round for adults only. It’s great that breakfast and dinner are served at the Newburgh Warming Station.
They also shared that The Middletown Warming Station is located on Mulberry Street in Middletown, NY. This location was set to open in early November and will be available to residents until April 15, 2026.
