Fair season is so exciting in the Hudson Valley! I love getting fried dough and fresh squeezed lemonade at these events. We can look forward to attending the Orange County, Ulster County and Dutchess County fairs this summer. There are also fairs that we can attend in different counties that offer more options.

On social media, Visit Callicoon made an exciting post about an upcoming event that we can attend. They announced that we can go to the 42nd Annual Callicoon Country Fair! This fair will take place on July 25, 2026 at 10am until 5pm right on Main Street in Callicoon.

Here's What We Can Experience At The Callicoon Country Fair This Summer

Visit Callicoon highlighted that we can enjoy, 

"a full day of live local entertainment, shopping, dining, kids’ activities and more!"

I love going to local fairs and festivals, there's always something fun to experience there for all ages. We can look forward a variety of options including food, entertainment and more.

I would be excited to hear live music from local bands at this event as well.

Visit Callicoon also mentioned that there will be prizes, line dancing and even local vendors to shop from. There will be a kids section at this fair that will have pony rides, face painting and more!

While in the Callicoon area, we can also explore what there is to do. I would take a drive near the Delaware River and see all of the natural beauty. We can go to the historic Callicoon theater too. Nearby towns to also check out in Narrowsburg and Livingston Manor for some more fun.
