You're going to have a pretty good view of the 2nd largest planet in our solar system over the next couple of days

Hey, New York! Our turn to see a once-in-a-lifetime total solar eclipse right in our own backyard is officially less than a year away!

Here's some exciting news we don't read, or see, to often in Upstate New York- NASA’s rocket launch in Virginia will be visible in the skies of New York.

It's extremely rare that Upstate New York gets to watch a NASA rocket launch, but this week is our lucky chance.

Wow! Uranus is looking so shiny and big!

On Tuesday, July 20 the launch of Blue Origins New Shepard will happen near Van Horn, Texas. Tuesday also happens to be National Moon Day.

Space is a big topic this week now that commercial space travel has taken another step to being real. A West Point graduate is actually in space right now sending back some cool photos including one of the Hudson Valley.

The rocket will be visible during the early morning hours of June 15th in the Hudson Valley.

NASA's “Black Brant XII” rocket will launch from their Wallops Flight Facility in Virginia Friday May 14. We should be able to watch across New York State.

Here in Upstate New York, it's pretty rare for us to see a rocket launch from NASA. If the odds play in our favor, that may change this week.
