Summer Block Party With Fireworks & Music Coming To Orange County

There's something special about attending outdoor events and parties during the summer! It's the perfect time to soak in the beautiful scenery, enjoy the warm weather from day to night, and gather with friends, family, and neighbors in a fun outdoor setting.

I've always enjoyed summer parties, especially block parties., I was recently saying that we need more of them. Thankfully, there's one happening in the Hudson Valley this summer!

There's something about a summer block party that brings people together and creates a sense of community while everyone enjoys the season.

Summer Block Party With Fireworks, Live Music & More Coming To Orange County

The Town of Chester will have their Annual Block Party & Fireworks this summer! I'm always down to attend a party especially during the summer months. This party will take place on July 11, 2026 and will also feature live music at Maple Ave Ball Fields. The Summer Block Party starts at 5pm with their fireworks show beginning at dusk.

On social media, the community was excited to chat about this event and they are looking forward to it once again.

What Local Businesses Will Be At This Upcoming Orange County, NY Event?

The best part about attending summer events in the Hudson Valley is seeing members of the community. This could also mean that we can say hi to businesses owners and support them as well.

On Facebook, Chester Rec shared a list of food truck vendors that will be on site for the Annual Block Party & Fireworks in Chester. Some local vendors include Graze Catering, The Mac Factor, Ice Capps, Potenza Pizza and more.

What Else Can We Do In The Chester, NY Area?

There is something for everyone to experience in Orange County, especially in Chester. The Castle Fun Center has go karts, an arcade, outdoor mini gold and more.

The Sugar Loaf Performing Arts Center is also located in Chester. You could see which musical or play is being offered for a fun night out. Nearby towns that can also offer some exciting experiences include Sugar Loaf and Goshen.

Eat Your Way Through The Hudson Valley With The Best Ice Cream

I have always enjoyed stopping by my favorite local ice cream shops and choosing a new flavor. Whether it's a hot fudge sundae, chocolate peanut butter ice cream in a cone, or an ice cream sandwich, count me in.

The Hudson Valley has strange ice cream flavors. From lemon poppyseed to thai iced tea and barn boots, there aren't any boring flavors in our area.

A 'Premiere' Hudson Valley treat shop was expanding their space during the winter months to prepare for a busy summer season.

Thankfully, we have a large selection of local ice cream shops to visit in the Hudson Valley.
