Lights. Camera. Action! Another television production is reportingly using parts of Dutchess County for filming. Hello, Hollywood on the Hudson.

It's no secret that the Hudson Valley is the newest hot spot for big production companies to visit. In the last few years, we've seen HBO, Showtime, Hulu, and Netflix across the Hudson Valley filming shows like Life & Beth (Hulu) and The Gilded Age (HBO).

Recently on the Hudson Valley Film Commission Actors and Crew Facebook page, word started to spread that a new Showtime series was filming in the area. They confirmed reports that the series Three Women was seen filming in the Beekman/Fishkill area.

The Hudson Valley Film Commission writes:

“Three Women,” which shares its title with the book on which it is based, is described by Showtime as “an intimate, haunting portrayal of American female desire, in which three women are on a crash course to radically overturn their lives.” The show stars Shailene Woodley of “Big Little Lies” and “The Fault in Our Stars” fame, as a writer who persuades the three women to share their stories.

The three women are played by Betty Gilpin, of “Glow” and “The Tomorrow War;” DeWanda Wise, of “Jurassic World: Dominion” and “She’s Gotta Have It;” and Gabrielle Creevy, of “In My Skin” and “The Pact.” Actors Blair Underwood and Sean Meehan are also part of the cast.

One commenter wrote: "Filming on Beekman road by me."

We're used to the glitz and glam of Hollywood lining our streets, but it's still cool to catch the Hudson Valley on the big and small screen occasionally.

An added fun fact, star Shailene Woodley's ex-fiance (and Green Bay Packers QB) Aaron Rodgers also has ties to the Hudson Valley.  Rumour has it Rodgers had an out-of-this-world experience, apparently seeing a UFO in the early 2000s in Cornwall while visiting friends in the area.

There is no word yet on a release date for Three Women, but we'll keep you updated once we know more.
