The local Hudson Valley School Board elections will be taking place this year on June 9, 2020. The date was moved to 6/9 by an executive order from Governor Cuomo date on May 1, 2020.

It was the above executive order that also made the voting this time around to all be done by mail (absentee ballot). The other change that was made with this executive order was that all of the local special district and village elections would not be pushed back until September 15, 2020.

Will you be voting this time around for the school board elections? Does making it "Vote-By-Mail" make it easier for you to participate? If you had to vote in person during this COVID time, would you?
