Soon there will be a brand new place to get delicious smoothies and other healthy food options. It can be very hard to eat healthy these days and often it's easier to just stop and get fast food in a hurry. However, we are lucky here in the Hudson Valley to have many places that serve healthy options and make it easy to eat healthy on the fly.

A new smoothie and fruit place will be opening soon right in Carmel and it looks like it is going to be delicious.

What will be opening in Carmel, NY?

Robeks Fresh Juices & Smoothies will be opening another location at 1081 Stoneleigh Avenue in Carmel. Robeks will be having a special grand opening on Saturday, September 17th from 10 am-2 pm. I'm sure it will be an awesome day and there will also be ribbon cutting, face painting and more.

What kind of healthy options will be available to order at Robeks?

I can never bring myself to make a smoothie at home so this is perfect if you're like me....they will have fresh smoothies, juices, açaí bowls and more. I've had açaí bowls at other places. They are so yummy and help you get your servings of fruit in.

There have been a few new businesses that have recently opened up in the Hudson Valley. A Polish and Brazilian fusion restaurant opened its doors in Walden and you can try all different kinds of dishes there. A new cafe opened up over the past few months in Orange County and it looks like a cute place to get a bit to eat. Hey...let's try all of them.
