Back in March when the COVID-19 outbreak took over our daily lives, there was a lot of talk about how people would date and get to know each other.

So we created a fun list of pick up lines that could be used while swiping on dating apps like Bumble, Tinder and Hinge.

Now that we're in Phase One of reopening New York State, we started to think about all those virtual dates we've been on and the people we started to talk to.

Are we actually going to see them in real life? Were they just a distraction from the craziness that was going on in the world? Probably.

We're all in agreement that ghosting someone and telling them "It's not you, it's me" is just not the way to go. So here are a few quarantine breakup lines to use to get out of your quarantine love affairs:

"I'd like to take a lysol wipe and clean this relationship from my memory."

"It's not you. It's not me. It's Coronavirus."

"I've done a lot of self-reflecting in quarantine, and being in contact with other humans is just not what I'm looking for right now."

"I don't even know what you look like, I've only seen you with a mask on."

"All good things must come to an end, like COVID-19 and this relationship."

"This relationship is more stressful than the thought of a second COVID wave."

Do you have a breakup line to add to the list? Will you be breaking up with your Coronavirus fling once this is all over?

Let us know and we'll help you break up with your quarantine lover the best we can.
