There's been an in holistic healing and alternative medicines that are being practiced.

While we may have enjoyed going to a bar with alcohol in the past, we may be interested in new experiences related to other types of bars.

I've noticed more mocktail bars popping up within the East Coast along with shake bars as well. As we continue to focus on our health and what makes us feel our best, the idea of visiting an oxygen bar may be something we can add to our Hudson Valley bucket list.

Personally, I have received an oxygen facial and it was very refreshing. I have also visited an oxygen bar before and it was an enjoyable experience that I look forward to joining in again.

Besides the Hudson Valley, oxygen bars may be more commonly discussed in New York City, Colorado and Las Vegas.

Healthline.com shared information about oxygen bars. Those on vacation in Las Vegas may see a lot of oxygen bars within casinos, clubs and even shopping malls.

Based on personal experience, I loved using an oxygen bar.

Although every business is different, oxygen bars can provide purified oxygen which is almost always infused with relaxing scents or also referred to as aromatherapy.

During my oxygen bar session, I was taking in scents as orange and lavender from the oxygen through a tube and into my nose (nostrils).

Healthline.com explained,

"The purified oxygen served is often advertised as being 95 percent oxygen, but this can vary greatly depending on the filtering equipment used and the flow rate that delivers it."
