New York State Police (NYSP) are searching for Tyler F. Shaw, who they report used construction equipment to create an "unauthorized off-road terrain course" in a state park in the lower Hudson Valley.

Shaw, listed by authorities as 6'3" and 200 pounds, is currently being sought to appear in court to answer to several charges. While the crime may seem like the plot for a light-hearted comedy, the situation turned violent when police responded to the scene.
