With the start of spring in the Hudson Valley, local residents have a lot to look forward to.

Spring is one of the happiest seasons. After a long winter, we can look forward to hearing the brighter days, more outdoor activities and a boost of serotonin.

Warmer days, sunnier weather and sounds of birds singing their songs are ways that we get greeted in the morning during spring. At night, we may experience the sound of spring peepers, tree frogs and owls.

Lately, it seems as if everyone is a bit happier thanks to mother nature. Along with better weather, our neighborhood hangout spots, community events and local activities have also resumed.
