Landlords have so much responsibility when it comes to taking care of their rental property. The maintenance of the property and making sure that everything is working properly are some the things that are on their to-do list.

While we’ve all heard stories about someone's landlord that they didn’t like, there are others that like their landlord. Some of the reasons behind my friends who don't like their landlords include not fixing things, increasing rent prices, hard to get ahold of and more.

While the issue may be that landlords are typically humans. What would happen if they were something else?

The Hudson Valley Needs More Landlords Like This

Anyone who has had issues with landlords in the past may agree with me on this one. The Hudson Valley needs to have more landlords like one that got recognition on social media. This landlord is in charge of a business in the Sugar Loaf, NY and Warwick, NY area.

From the job description, it appears that he's not just the landlord but also is known for being a customer service manager as well. Most of all, his humans rely on him for moral support. I haven’t had a furry friend as a landlord but I would imagine that it would be a lot of fun.

Hudson Valley Business Gives Mention To The Furriest Landlords Around

LightClub Curiosity Shoppe is a locally owned business in Orange County, NY that also serves as a metaphysical store as well. They offer a wide variety of options for guests including crystals, books, candles and more.

They are also known for being,

“The Hudson Valley’s largest immersive Dreamporium.”

Along with their products in shop, they also offer services such as healing options, readings, wellness services and more.

LightClub Curiosity Shoppe made a funny post on social media highlighting their landlord and it made me laugh! Being an animal lover, it got me excited that there’s other people in the world that think as much of their fur babies as I do. Coming from a fellow cat lover, I kept reading about the Hudson Valley’s furriest landlord.

LightClub Curiosity Shoppe explained,

''One of the best things about LightClub is Henry, our Shoppe Cat. I honestly don’t know how we got by without him"

“He’s the landlord, Customer Service Manager, and moral support all rolled into one magnificently furry package. Be sure to stop by and visit him this weekend for a big boost of positive energy! “

Henry is a beautiful orange colored cat that resembles a maine coone. I would love to stop by the LightClub Curiosity Shoppe because I’ve never been there before and I would like to see their space. Most importantly, I want to meet Henry!

7 Highlights Of Adam's Renaissance Themed Garden Show In The Hudson Valley

Each year, I visit Adams for the spring flower show. In 2024, their theme highlighted "Adams in Wonderland". It was an uplifting experience and felt like spring inside their garden show on a chilly day.

This year, Adams garden show featured a renaissance theme that had me smiling the entire time that I was there. This event is always a great reminder that there are brighter and warmer days ahead in the Hudson Valley. It's great for the community to visit and it's free..

In Poughkeepsie and Newburgh, guests visited their stores for the ultimate garden show experience from February 21, 2025 until March 2, 2025.

In the Kingston and Middletown locations, guests can continue to visit these locations until March 9, 2025.

I had the opportunity to experience the Adams garden show for this year. I love that it was renaissance themed. We can take a tour through their magical garden show below.
