I spotted the Hippie Muffler Man out of the corner of my eye while driving and was instantly intrigued by what I saw hiding in the tall grass and among the lush, green trees.

Roadside America shared that the Hippie Muffler Man,

"grooves near that epicenter of feel-good Flower Power--Woodstock. Actually, he's nowhere near the town of Woodstock, because the iconic 1969 festival was held here, 60 miles southwest in Bethel, on dairy farmland owned by Max Yasgur."

I find myself coming across attractions, events and symbolisms related to the Woodstock Music Festival of 1969. When I visited a museum In Ulster County, NY, I spotted a letter on the wall where someone was explaining their experience at the 69' Festival in Bethel, NY.

Thankfully, I had the chance to attend several concerts over the past couple of years at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, the original site of the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival.

When I spotted the Hippie Muffler Man, I was on my way to a concert at Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, go figure!
