I love doing yoga and being around animals! Yoga is so relaxing, grounding and always makes me feel energized. I would imagine that it would be such a great experience to do with animals.
This is something that we can experience in the Hudson Valley, goat yoga!
The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark is located in Monticello. They host fun events throughout the year including the opportunity to 'Swim Under The Stars' this summer! They also made a post on social media about offering goat yoga to the community on site.

This sounds like so much fun. The Kartrite Resort & Indoor Waterpark shared that this will be a way to laugh, have a unique experience, take cute pics with goats and more. Count me in!
We can attend this event on August 30, 2026 at 9am at this resort in the Concorde Commons which is behind the hotel. Its $35 per person for goat yoga.

While in the Catskills area, we can check out the local waterfalls and trails. There are plenty of wineries, breweries, eateries and more!
Bethel Woods Center for the Arts is nearby where we can learn about the history of the 1969 Woodstock Music Festival, see concerts and attend workshops.
