PortJervisNY.com highlighted that Point Peter is located at Elks Brox Park in Port Jervis, NY. They included that we can see three states from this location. It overlook Port Jervis in New York State in addition to views of Pennsyvlanian and even New Jersey!

What Else Can We Experience At Point Peter In The Hudson Valley?


The Food Truck & Fireworks Festival is an event that will take place this summer. They shared on social media that we can attend this festival at Riverside Park in Port Jervis on July 2, 2026 from 5pm until 10pm. Orange County residents get excited for this community, fourth of July celebration each summer.

Not only will this food truck and firework festival have over 25 food trucks on site, they will also offer live music and my favorite, fireworks.

On site, we can also watch the fireworks over Point Peter!

What Can We Enjoy While Visiting Port Jervis, NY?

Have fun exploring the Hudson Valley this summer and experiencing all that it has to offer!
I love driving on the Hawks Nest in Port Jervis! It has beautiful nature and scenic views of the Delaware Reiver. The Hawks Nest has been featured in TV commercials and also in movies. It's truly one of my favorite views in the Hudson Valley!

Also in Port Jervis, if we want to cool off in the area we can enjoy a local splash pad. The City of Port Jervis Splash Pad is open for the season and located at Church Street Park. It is open each day from 11am until 7pm.
