Exciting Carnival Taking Over Orange County, NY Park This Summer

We're in full swing of summer in the Hudson Valley! We're visiting our favorite ice cream stands, attending outdoor, live music and spending time in nature.

Each year, we get excited about the events that we can attend during the warmer months.

What Fairs, Festivals And Carnivals Can We Attend In The Hudson Valley This Summer?

I keep a list of all of the fairs, festivals and carnivals that will be in the Hudson Valley this summer. So far, we know that we can attend The Rosendale Street Festival on July 19, 2025 and Sunday, July 20, 2025.

The Ulster County Fair will take place from July 29, 2025 until August 3, 2025. The Mid Hudson Comic Con will be from August 2, 2025 until August 3, 2025.

The Dutchess County Fair from August 19, 2025 until August 24, 2025. In addition to these events, a carnival will also take over an Orange County, NY park this month.

When Is The Village Of Monroe Carnival In 2025?

The Village of Monroe Carnival will take place on July 24, 2025-July 27, 2025 at Crane Park in Monroe, NY. 

On Thursday and Friday, the carnival will open at 6pm. On Saturday, the carnival will open at 3pm and 2pm on Sunday.

There will be rides and games on side along with food vendors as well. Attendees can purchase wristbands for $30 for the entire night.

What Can Guests Also Do In The Monroe, NY Area During This Carnival?

Those who attend the Village of Monroe Carnival can also explore the area. Depending on the time that guests attend and then leave the festival, they can add these experiences to their list.

Be sure to check out Museum Village while in the area, which is a historic museum. Also in Monroe, NY, locals love the Captain’s Table nearby. For a sweet treat, head to Wally's Ice Cream Parlor II in the area.

To add more fun into this day, the Castle Fun Center isn’t too far from this carnival. In addition to these suggestions, you could also visit LEGOLAND NEW YORK which is located in Goshen. LEGOLAND is a close drive from the Village of Monroe Carnival.
