Can a Hudson Valley Cat Make it Big in Quarantine Cat Film Fest?
There is no secret that we all really enjoy watching cat videos on the internet. Some people have even created their own video outlets to share videos of their own cat with the world.
Now there is a team that is trying to help: independently-owned movie theaters. You know, those small, sometimes family run theatres in your community that you really like to go see movies at? The same ones that have been closed for the last almost two months with zero operating income.
So a couple of people got together and came up with a great idea. Take those cat videos, edit them down, make a movie, release it online and then take that money and give it back to those independent theatres so they can try to recoup some of the lost revenue.
While the film fest founders have already received more than 200 cat videos, why not send them more? Let's bombard them with cats from the Hudson Valley!
Click here to learn how to submit a video of your cat doing whatever it is that they do. You will need to submit your video by May 15, 2020 and you are limited to just three videos per household. So look in your phone, see what you have, you probably already have a dozen that you could send. Good luck!!!
