Fan-Favorite Tradition Returns To Ulster County For A Weekend Of Fun

This annual event is something that the community looks forward to each year! The Vision of Wallkill shared a post on social media from last year of the highlights of The Weekend of Wallkill.

Once again, it will bring together the local residents and visitors for a weekend of fun, activities, entertainment and more! The Weekend of Wallkill will take place on September 18, 2026 and September 19, 2026 in the Hamlet of Wallkill at the Public Library.

What Can We Experience At The Weekend Of Wallkill In Wallkill, NY?

The Vision of Wallkill always shares exciting posts on social media. They included this event and what we can look forward to experiencing on site.

One of the best parts about this annual tradition is that its free! The Vision of Wallkill highlighted that the start of this celebration will begin on Friday, September 18, 2026 at 5pm. There will be a lego sculpture building experience, photography and art show plus more!

The Vision of Wallkill mentioned that Saturday is considered to be "The Main Event" from 10am until 3pm. On this day, there will be something for everyone to enjoy including exhibits, dog costume contest and local food vendors!

The Weekend of Wallkill will feature Historical Home Talks for history lovers, a scavenger hunt for the kids, Billy Goat Bingo on Saturday as well.

Also nearby, we can take in the natural beauty of the Wallkill River and see the Walden-Wallkill Rail Trail.
