
Ulster County Historical Society Museum Sets Re-Open Date
Been stuck inside and want to get out, walk around and clear those cobwebs out of your brain? How about a visit to one of the hidden gems in Ulster County? The Ulster County Historical Society at Bevier House Museum, Route 209 in Marbletown.
According to their website, they are set to re-open their doors on Saturday June 6. Their normal, non-Covid operating hours are Saturday & Sunday, 11 am - 5 pm and then they also have select hours during the week by appointment only.
When the museum closed in March, they had just announced they would be postponing their most recent event The Historic Preservation Expo.
Some of the events that they Historical Society have presented in the past include recreations of buildings through Gingerbread Houses at the holidays and tours of historic areas and homes.
