There’s a sugar house that exists within the Catskills. This establishment has been a staple within the community for many years. On their website, they have pictures of the sugar house dating back to before 2011. There was an extension that was put on in 2012.
Why Do We Refer To This Building In The Catskills As A Sugar House?
Catskill Mountain Sugar House included pictures on their website on the sugar house. They referred to it as,
“The home of our purely delicious maple syrup.”
Catskill Mountain Sugar House also shared that their syrup is produced on the farms on site. This family owned business takes pride in offering,
“100% Pure New York Maple Syrup”
We can receive the Catskill Mountain Sugar House’s maple syrup in different jug sizes, cases, glass handle options and more. Besides putting maple syrup on pancakes, we can also add it to our yogurts, salad as a dressing and more.
