I love outdoor dining season in the Hudson Valley! It’s great to dine at our favorite eateries in addition to taking in the beautiful, nature views of the area.
On social media, this Catskills destination made an exciting post. The Outpost in Pond Eddy, NY is a fan favorite restaurant within the Catskills.They included that their outdoor bar has reopened.
This weekend, we can join them for their opening party to celebrate a great season ahead.

The Outpost has appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches and more. They also has an extensive drink menu with beer, specialty cocktails, mocktails and more.
