Woohoo, it’s spring! We can now enjoy being outside and visiting local walking trails, gardens and more. Hudson Valley ice cream stands have reopened for the season. Local restaurants are also opening their outdoor spaces too!

I love outdoor dining season in the Hudson Valley! It’s great to dine at our favorite eateries in addition to taking in the beautiful, nature views of the area.

On social media, this Catskills destination made an exciting post. The Outpost in Pond Eddy, NY is a fan favorite restaurant within the Catskills.They included that their outdoor bar has reopened.

This weekend, we can join them for their opening party to celebrate a great season ahead.

The Outpost has appetizers, salads, burgers, sandwiches and more. They also has an extensive drink menu with beer, specialty cocktails, mocktails and more.

I would love to get a sandwich, mocktail and relax in their outdoor space this spring!

The Outpost is not only a restaurant with an outdoor bar but they also have 70 acres for us to explore. We can dine at this eatery, enjoy live music and check out their camping space and cabins.This Catskills destination is located along the Delaware River!
