Popular Gift Store Moving Back to Highland, Residents Delighted

There’s a new shop opening in the Hamlet of Highland. I should say returning to the Hamlet of Highland, and the folks in Highland are thrilled to have it back again. I’m talking about Lilly Rae in the Hamlet, and it’s opening in the next few weeks at 50 Vineyard Avenue in Highland. Lilly Rae was in the Hamlet originally, moved the store during the covid pandemic, and now is happily coming back to the Hamlet of Highland.

Lilly Rae in the Hamlet is a great gift shop where you can get tons of local products. They offer many specialty and local products such as jams, salsas, sauces, honey, tea, and their very own line of all natural skin care, beauty boxes and gift baskets of all sorts. When you shop at Lilly Rae in the Hamlet, you’re not only supporting small business, you’re also helping out artists and and makers right here in the Hudson Valley. What could be better than that?

So, when can we expect to start shopping at Lilly Rae in the Hamlet? Very soon. The store will be celebrating their grand opening on May 7.  With Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, weddings and graduations on the way, it’s nice to know there’s a place to find local gifts.

Highland has come a long way over the past several years. In fact, The New York Times just ran a whole spread about Highland, its cool shops and restaurants, the residents, and its proximity to so many Hudson Valley attractions like the Walkway Over the Hudson.
