Who knows exactly what was going through this guy's mind? A 38-year-old suspect is facing multiple charges after a wild night that not only saw him allegedly break into a local diner but also an adult-oriented business. Officials did not disclose what the man planned on doing if he was able to enter the adult store, though an employee was able to scare him off before any more serious damage was done.

North Penn Live says this hungry suspect started the night by breaking into the American Star Diner by forcing the door open. Police say once he made it into the diner, the suspect then proceeded to steal an entire cheesecake and half of a prime rib roast before taking off through the broken front door. The is no indication if he actually was able to eat any of the stolen food before moving on to his next stop that fateful night. Did he plan on having it while he enjoyed a movie or two?

Dinner's done, now how about some entertainment?  Police say the same suspect from Montgomery Township, PA was later spotted by surveillance outside of the Adult World, where he was seen hitting a message board with a baseball bat. The now shirtless suspect then was witnessed hitting windows and then shattering the front door of the business. Police say an employee inside the shop yelled at him, scaring the suspect off.

He was later taken into custody that morning by police.

Make it Rain

A New York state suspect with a somewhat similar mindset pulled quite the heist back in February 2020. Police are saying that a 34-year-old suspect robbed a Capitol area Taco Bell and then was later caught at a nearby strip club. WNYT reports that the Watervlie man went to the Taco Bell and asked for change. When the cashier wasn't able to come up with the money, the man allegedly became demanding. That's when officials say the man pulled the cash register off the counter and even threatened to kill the employee who was working there.

WNYT says that the man escaped the restaurant with $340. But it wasn't tacos and chalupas the suspect might have been craving. Umm, well, about that. According to police, the man then ran across the street to an adult club called Nite Moves in Latham. Either the man was hoping the darkly lit club would provide a good hideout, or maybe he was looking to spend some of that Taco Bell cash?

Now it is uncertain if the money ever got him any lap dances, for police quickly caught up with him and arrested him in the club. No one was injured. CBS says that the man was charged with felony robbery and criminal mischief as well as misdemeanor petit larceny.
