Tina Turner gained fame in the music industry in the 1960s and 1970s as the lead vocalist of the musical duo Ike & Tina Turner. The two of them achieved success and later were inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 1991. Tina's relationship with her husband deteriorated and became a famous story of toxic and abusive behavior. This sparked Turner to leave Ike and begin a solo career that would last for decades. Tina Turner's story of escaping the abusive relationship has made her an inspiration to women. She was later inducted as a solo artist in 2021.

The death of Turner has made her music more even more popular. Her music streams have reportedly seen a big spike.

Today I thought of a great moment on late night television when Hudson Valley native, Paul Rudd chose one of her songs for a lip sync battle on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

Here is the clip of Paul Rudd lip syncing to the classic hit from Tina Turner. Have you seen this clip before?
