The Sugar Loaf community shared an exciting post on their social media platforms. They made the announcement about an upcoming event in the community that we can join.

The Sugar Loaf Holiday Celebration will take place on Saturday, December 13, 2025. This will take place throughout the Sugar Loaf community.

What Can We Experience At The Sugar Loaf Holiday Celebration In Orange County?

There’s a full line up filled with holiday cheer for this upcoming Orange County, NY. event.

The Sugar Loaf Holiday Celebration will begin at 12:30pm with their wagon and horse rides at the Methodist Church. At 2pm, the Warwick Valley High School Orchestra will be performing at the same church.

In addition to this orchestra, I love that there will be Christmas carolers as well from local schools such as Warwick Valley Chorale and their high school Meisters.

We can’t forget about Santa! We can also take pictures with Santa himself and Mrs. Claus as well! Refreshments will also be provided in the Church Fellowship Hall.

The opportunity to do some holiday shopping is available with local shops to explore. The tree lighting will take place at 4:30pm at the Methodist Church.

The Hudson Valley community is already excited about The Sugar Loaf Holiday Celebration this month. Social media users commented on the Facebook post highlighting this event.

These comments included residents excited about the horse and wagon rides. Another comment included someone relating this event to be ‘Hallmark like”.

Peace, Love & Lights happens on the grounds of Bethel Woods. This festive and beautiful light show is mesmerizing, fun and spectacular.

Bethel Woods' Peace, Love & Light Winter Light Show Schedule is open daily from November 28, 2025 to December 28, 2025. (BUY TICKETS HERE)

The show begins at 5pm and ends at 10pm with the last entry at 9pm. Guests only need one ticket per carload.

It is recommended to purchase this ticket in advance since the price increases the day of. Also, a friendly reminder that Bethel Woods is now cashless.

If you would rather walk than drive through this beautiful display, Sullivan 180 Walkthrough Monday takes place each week on Mondays therefore, there will not be any drive thru options on that day of the week.

Bethel Woods added winter light displays all throughout the route. Some of their festivals include New York, Enchanted Forest, Groovy Way and more.
