Food Network Star to Bring World-Class Dining to Resorts World Hudson Valley

Resorts World Hudson Valley has been a busy destination since it has opened its doors a few years ago.

But there was always something missing and now it looks like that void is being filled. A new restaurant is set to open their doors as a direct response to "community feedback for a cutting-edge dining option at Resorts World Hudson Valley.

Food Network star and Chopped judge Scott Conant will open The Kitchen, an SC Spot, at the Newburgh New York casino this summer.

In a statement Resorts World Hudson Valley writes:

The Kitchen will introduce a fresh and vibrant fast-casual dining experience to the Hudson Valley, offering guests a modern twist on familiar favorites.

President of Genting Americas East, Robert DeSalvio, said in a press release "THE KITCHEN will add something truly special to Newburgh, Orange County, and the entire Hudson Valley."

The Kitchen: Hot New Destination in Orange County, New York

In the press release Conant spoke highly of the Resorts World locations in New York saying “Resorts World has been such a great partner in creating world-class destinations across New York State.”

The Chopped judge added that The Kitchen will be the new hottest destination in Orange County:

“We’re creating a place in THE KITCHEN where people can enjoy satisfying meals and feel right at home, whether they’re visiting Resorts World Hudson Valley for the first time or live just around the corner. This will be the hottest new destination in Orange County for residents and visitors alike."

When Will Scott Conant's Newburgh, NY Restaurant Open?

It looks like we wont have to wait too long to enjoy The Kitchen.

According to the Press Release from Resorts World Hudson Valley, The Kitchen will open in July 2025. Menu highlights include beef brisket and pulled pork; comfort foods like Chicken Parm and steak frites as well an "assortment of handcrafted sandwiches" like crispy fried chicken, porchetta and grilled eggplant.
