For some reason, it's so easy to love neon light. Whether it's one with a pink, red, blue, or yellow tint to it, it brings a different level of ambiance.

I always enjoy seeing different neon signs throughout the Hudson Valley and spotting the coolest ones to share.

Carter's Restaurant and Lounge

Being known as one of the hottest spots in Beacon, Carter's offers something for everyone. From Sunday brunch to dinner options and late-night cocktails, you won't be disappointed. While near the front bar, be sure to grab a picture-perfect view of their neon sign, "Good Vibes Only". This sign signifies the vibes and ambiance throughout their space.

Located in the city of Newburgh, Hudson Taco has been somewhere somewhat new that everyone has wanted to try. With views of the Hudson River, handcrafted cocktails, and well-known tacos, you could spend hours here. Downstairs by the bathroom, be sure to grab a picture of you in front of their unique, neon sign.

What's better than a bar in the same building as a bowling alley? At Quinnz Pinz, you can explore all that there is to offer. From arcade options to pool, good music, and food, this could be the perfect spot for any celebration. Near the main entrance and front of the bar, be sure to pose in front of their bright, neon-lit sign.

The Hudson Valley has its first ever, vinyl record cocktail bar. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering. They have a total of 12 rotating craft taps, a cocktail menu, wine and cider in house, and a food menu. They also buy vinyl if you have any to sell. Head to the back of the room to grab a picture of or in front of their huge neon sign.
