This new eatery highlighted that Casa Vallarta has now transformed into Mi Rancho Alegre Mexican Restaurant.

Let’s go! Mi Rancho Alegre is now open in Lake Katrine, NY. They made an exciting post on social media of their new journey. 

Mi Rancho Alegre mentioned that they have renovated their new space and have been in their soft opening phase. Their grand opening will take place on Friday, February 6, 2026.

There’s something for everyone to enjoy at Mi Rancho Alegre’s in Lake Katrine! They have appetizers, quesadillas, salads, burritos, enchiladas, burgers, tacos and more.

I like that they also have a vegetarian menu, drink specials and desserts, mmm!

Mi Rancho Alegre also has happy hour everyday from 2pm to 6pm. They post updates and specials on their Facebook page which is exciting!

What Other Mi Rancho Alegre Locations Can We Visit In New York State?

Mi Rancho Alegre has locations throughout New York state. Besides Lake Katrine within the Hudson Valley, we can visit them in Hudson on Fairview Ave.

Mi Ranco Alegre has additional locations on Center Place Drive in Rochester and Lawrence Road in Syracuse. In Bridgeport, NY we can visit another one of their restaurants on State Route 31.
