The Center for Disease Control is recommending that people get flu-shots this year. Yes, it is optional and might not be what you want to do for yourself. For others, getting a flu-shot is just another sign that the winter months are coming.

If you are one of the persons who routinely gets an annual flu-shot and are a patient at Caremount Medical, they are hoping to make it easier for you to get your shot.

This year (2020) Caremount has set up Flu-Shot only clinics, near their care centers. The idea behind this is that only people who need a flu-shot, will be heading into the immunization location, thus not exposing themselves to other sick patients.

The flu-shot clinics are open to persons who have been seen in a Caremount facility in the last three years. If that is you, you do not need to make an appointment you can just 'walk-in.'

The hours for the clinics are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. All ages can head into one of these walk-in clinics, as long as they have previously been seen at a Caremount facility.
