They have a bunch of ways that they're celebrating the class of 2020.

It's amazing to me how so many of our Hudson Valley schools have really put on their thinking caps and come up with some amazing ways to celebrate their graduating classes of 2020 and we can now add the Kingston City School District to the list of celebrations.

According to the Kingston City Schools Facebook page and the High School Principal Vince DeCicco, "Please be assured that we will keep everyone up to date as more information becomes available. It is our hope that we will be able to eventually celebrate our seniors in person. We continue to think of you during this time and are doing everything in our power to make graduation day as special as we can."

KHS also said that they are celebrating seniors with lawn signs, a senior send off at Kingston High School on June 17th were students can pick up their caps and gowns and say goodbye to teachers, a virtual senior awards night on June 18th for students, friends and family, and a Class of 2020 graduation celebration on Friday June 26th with students being encouraged to wear their caps and gowns and snap pictures and share them on social media using #KHSClassof2020.

The school also said they are working on plans to hold a stage crossing event for graduates for sometime in August at a-to-be determined location as long as they can meet state and local guidelines.

What a great job by the KHS staff and administration. Congratulations to the Class of 2020!
