Hudson Valley Flower Festival Returns to Kelder's Farm in Kerhonkson
This is one of my favorite parts of summertime, not only because fall is in the future, but because the sunflowers are in bloom.
The Hudson Valley Flower Festival returns at Kelder's Farm in Kerhonkson, New York, where you can pick your own sunflowers, wildflowers, veggies and berries.
I took a trip out to the Ulster County farm to pick my own sunflowers and was taken back by how many and how big the sunflowers were at Kelder's Farm.
They also had really cute photo ops set up throughout the sunflower fields, perfect for Instagram or TikTok!
Cute, right?!
Not only do they have a 10-acre sunflower field, but they also have beautiful wildflowers to pick too including bright Zinnia's.
The Hudson Valley Flower Festival is running now through September 7th at Kelder's Farm.

Family Fun is Waiting For You at Kelder's Farm
Over the last few years the Kelder family has been adding new attractions like the Corn Barn, where the kids (and adults) can jump in the corn kernels, and a new petting zoo!
Plus, they recently expanded their farm bakery where you can buy everything from donuts, to jams, fresh produce, popcorn and t-shirts.
We spoke with John Kelder when we visited during the Hudson Valley Flower Festival and he tells us that they're working on a new 150-foot slide for the kids!

They have over 35 farm yard attractions like mini-golf, a ropes course, a fishing pond and so much more.
For the adults, there's a tap room called the Loading Dock which serves beer, wine, hard ciders and wine slushies!
There's also the donut wagon, Pizza Barn and The Farmers Grill. And you can't leave Kelder's Farm without getting a seasonal Gnomie Shake!
Kelder's Farm Preparing for Harvest Season
Harvest season is quickly approaching, that means corn mazes, hay rides, flannels, and pumpkin picking are in our future.

Kelder's Farm has been named one of the best Pumpkin Patches in the United States by USA Today on their 10Best list.
