The Borscht Belt Museum has held different events. They have hosted their Borscht Belt Fest featuring two days of entertainment, food, community gathering and more.

The Borscht Belt Museum has also added comedy shows. They have had interactive workshops, lectures, films and more.

Guests were able to explore this museum's new pop up exhibit, "And Such Small Portions" . The Borscht Belt Museum explained,

"The Borscht Belt Museum’s new exhibition, “And Such Small Portions!” Food and Comedy in the Catskills Resort Era, celebrates the vibrant history, cherished rituals and irresistible humor of food and comedy in the Catskills Resort era."

The Borscht Belt Museum continued to share that this new exhibit highlights food options that were served during the Borscht Belt era along with the look of dining rooms, kitchens and more.

The Borscht Belt Museum Announces Reopening Date For The Season

I love that this popular place is located in a historic bank from the 1920's. The Borscht Belt Museum included,

"The Home National Bank was one of the few financial institutions willing to lend to the region's Jewish hoteliers and bungalow colony owners in the 1920s, 30s and 40s."

Soon enough, guests can visit the Borscht Belt Museum's pop up exhibits. They have been closed and will plan on reopening on April 1, 2025.
