Grammy-Nominated Band To Make Kingston, NY Stop On Tour

It’s been a fun year with a lot of music within the Hudson Valley! We were able to see live music locally and some of our favorite concerts at New York state venues.

Which Artists And Musicians Visited New York State In 2025?

Recently, Adam Sandler was on his “You’re My Best Friend Tour”. He performed at the MVP Area in Albany, NY in September. He also visited a local business, Motor Oil Coffee nearby with Kevin James! They are my two favorite celebrities.

In addition to them, more Hollywood stars have been enjoying their time in New York state. Bethel Woods had a great lineup this year of performers.

Cyndi Lauper, Luke Bryan, The Jonas Brothers and Sugar Ray were some of the top performances of this year, in my book! Blink-182 also rocked this venue in September.

In addition to these stars visiting New York state, there’s also a Grammy-nominated band who will be making their way to the area as well.·

This Grammy-Nominated Band Is Making A Stop On Tour In Kingston, NY

Modest Mouse will be performing at Ulster Performing Arts Center, also known as UPAC in Kingston, NY. This concert will take place on Friday, October 17, 2025 at 8pm.  Built to Spill will also be there the same night.

Modest Mouse are known for one of their popular songs, Float On. The music video for this song is iconic and somewhat trippy, haha!

Hudson Valley residents shared their excitement on The Bardavon’s social media platforms. They included,

I agree, we should all go to this show!

Besides Modest Mouse, Who Else Are Performing At UPAC This Year?

In addition to Modest Mouse performing at UPAC in Kingston, NY, there will also be additional shows on site.

Music lovers can see Herman’s Hermits Starring Peter Noone on Saturday, November 1, 2025. Marlon Wayans: Wild Child Tour will also be at UPAC in Kingston, NY on Sunday, November 16, 2025.
