Free Music And Wellness Festival Coming To Dutchess County, NY

The Hudson Valley has something for everyone. The natural beauty allows nature enthusiasts to enjoy the views and rolling green hills. Those who love to hike can explore the many trails in the area.

History buffs can experience historical sites and markers in the Hudson Valley as well.

The wellness industry is also available in our area too. We attend classes for yoga, meditation, receive reiki and more.

I’m excited about this event in the Hudson Valley! This free festival will highlight local musicians, wellness professionals and more. Beacon Flow Festival will take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025.

This will be from 12pm until 5pm at the University Settlement Camp in Beacon, NY. We can attend this festival for free! Be sure to register online to get complimentary access.

I love that there’s a wide variety of things to experience on site including circle singing to tai chi, yoga, meditation and sound baths. There will also be local businesses on site such as the popular wellness center in Beacon called Kelta.

Local vendors will be at the Beacon Flow Festival highlighting their products. Guests can also sign up for wellness sessions including acupuncture, massage and more,

We can even soak up the live music at Beacon Flow Festival. Local musicians and bands will be on site performing relaxing songs for all to enjoy.

Beacon, NY is so much fun, I love the energy there! After this music and wellness festival, be sure to check out all that the area has to offer.

There’s nearby trails and nature scenes for hiking and outdoor enthusiasts. Check out the local businesses on Main Street that include gift shops, eateries and more.

DIA Beacon is a popular museum in the area that highlights art from the 1960’s and 1970’s.
