It makes you wonder with egg prices so crazy. I'm the first one to own up to the fact that I am NO expert when it comes to things in the kitchen. I try my best, but most of the time I have no idea what I'm talking about when it comes to food. I was recently on the phone with a friend and she completely called me out for something in my fridge. Ugh...

How long should eggs stay in your fridge?

The other night I was talking on the phone with one of my friends and I mentioned how I needed to go to the grocery store soon. I was just rattling off what I needed and then I said, "my eggs have been in here for about a month, they are probably good for another 2 weeks". She sounded horrified when I said that and then mentioned how she doesn't keep eggs for more then 2 weeks in hers. Is that what you're supposed to do?

With eggs and everything being so expensive everyone is trying to stretch things out for as long as possible. However, I don't want to do anything that could get me or someone else sick.

What's an okay amount of time for eggs to stay in your fridge? How long is too long? Is there really a set time for how long you can keep eggs in the fridge? How long do you keep your eggs in the fridge for? Please let me know on the station app.
