His house is a museum dedicated to Crocs and he calls it the Library of Croc-ress.

It's hard to believe but Crocs are over 20 years old. Upon their initial release the clog was mercilessly mocked but despite the shoe's odd appearance it has become one of the most popular shoes on the market. They've secured their place in pop culture.

Crocs have a very dedicated fan base. Some fans are more passionate than others.

We all knew about the Croc Hunter but did you know about the Croc King? Did you know that people collect Crocs? It turns out that the biggest personal collection of the foam clogs could be in Connecticut.

His name Doogie Lish Sandtiger (yes, that is his real name) and his mission in life is very simple. He wants to get his hands on as many Crocs as possible and share his passion for collecting them.

Sandtiger owns over 2,000 different Crocs in his collection. He owns everything from basic everyday Crocs to limited edition Crocs like the collaboration with KFC scented like fried chicken. He spent over $100,000 on Crocs but claims he has more than that in value as some are extremely rare. When asked if he had an addiction he just put a positive spin on it and claims he was just a passionate enthusiast.

Is this how you clean Crocs or did he just run out of room in his closet?

I've never owned a pair of Crocs but I'm starting to think there's something to them. I doubt he would part with a pair.
