Adams Fairacre Farms is taking precautionary measures to ensure the safety of their customers during the big Thanksgiving shopping rush.

The last 8 months have seemed to have gone by extremely fast. It's hard to believe that Thanksgiving Day will be here next week. There's a good chance that a lot of Hudson Valley residents will be making a mad dash to their local grocery stores to get the items they need for turkey day. Many of us will be going to Adams.

Who doesn't love grabbing fresh food from Adams? Adams has great food for any occasion but they can definitely help make Thanksgiving dinner extra special.

You'll be able to feel safe at Adams while you shop for your Turkey, stuffing and pumpkin pies because Adams will be putting an extra safety measure in place to help protect shoppers. According to a post on their Facebook page,  Adams will be limiting the capacity of their store during the last week of November. This measure is to help continue the practice of social distancing as recommended by both the state and the CDC. Adams Fairacre Farms will be limiting in-store capacity by 50% beginning this Saturday. The customer limit will continue until November 25 of this year.

Adams also recommends that people who need to shop during this time only send one family member if possible.

Many people are thankful for the temporary rules as they believe it will not only protect shoppers from the spread of coronavirus but will also keep the aisles clear and the checkout lines shorter.

Adams will also be closed on Thanksgiving Day.
